Kings AFC Crowned Division Three Champions After 10-0 Win At Stewartby Village
Monday evening's action in Division Two saw Meltis Albion reduce the lead at the top of the league table on Bedford College to three points ahead of their clash on Wednesday night when two goals from Scott Alleyne took them to a 2-1 victory at Lidlington United Sports meanwhile third place Ickwell & Old Warden Reserves were enjoying a 2-0 home win over local rivals Great Barford thanks to a James Vallom penalty and a strike from Paul Beith, with the nights final game in this section seeing Newham Athletic climbed two spots in the league table to fourth after winning 3-2 at Oakley Sports Reserves, Gary Russon, Ben Young and Dan Ellison the Athletic marksmen to home replies from Lee Munns and Carl Warner.

In Division Three Kings AFC were crowned champions after running out 10-0 away winners at Stewartby Village, Jeff Dyer, Marcus Tomlin, Lee Morgan and Adam Haywood goals seeing them lead 4-0 until the appearance on the field fifteen minutes from time of Nathan Clements who was to rattle in the final six goals.

Elsewhere two goals from Romano Marabese plus strikes from Matt Ward, Colin Stanley and Dom Policela took Marabese Ceramics to a 5-0 home win over bottom club Exel United to lift them into fourth place in the table whilst there were shock home wins for Flitwick Town Reserves who with two goals from Ben Wallington plus a strike from Ivan Phelan beat Riseley Sports Reserves 3-1 and for Sandy A who beat Caldecote A 4-1, Chris Winton, Mark Allen, Dan Threadgold and Martin Cull on the scoresheet for Sandy to a lone reply from Ryan Ambrose.

In the night's final game AFC Shillington ended a barren spell of twelve games without a win by making it thirteen times lucky with a 3-2 away win at Marsh Leys, Adam Larsen netting twice and Sam Larsen once whilst the home goals came in form of a brace from Liam Parker.
